got all detailed planning to go yet so very much doubt anything will start this year .

Can't see getting full permission being a problem. It will need some retailers to sign up first although i'm led to believe at least some of these are in the pipeline. Not there yet but i doubt it will be long.

yes it must be nice to have political will behind you,perhaps peter and yvette will invite mary to cas tigers first home game in there new stadium against wakefield of course and give us a thrashing.

Come on! - who gives a toss about a stadium for Cas' anyway!
I'm interested in a stadium for one club only and it isn't Cas'!
Besides, getting planning and laying the first brick are poles apart as we should know!
