The winners of the Trinity game on Friday will be the first West Yorkshire side to register any points on the league table.
Let's hope that Trinity are top of this particular mini league after the weekends games.

It's not been the greatest start by any of our local rivals, albeit, each one has had some tough opening fixtures.

No doubt replaced by Pryce and Bibby.

I think the Giants squad is probably the deepest in the comp this year. I think they lack the top quality to be troubling the top 3 but for teams like us they will be a huge challenge even if they are missing a number of their regulars.

Hudds are just about the worst team we could be playing next, they stick to Watsons structure and game plan, they are relentless when it comes to mistake free Rugby, high completion rate, no risk, hand the ball over on opponents try line, kick to corners, quick line speed etc etc. Plus of course they are aggressive, tough, hard running, pride themselves on defence and have a couple of players who can create and break down a defence.

Said in his pre match interview with JD that him and the players have had some honest and open conversations after the Wigan defeat at that he couldn’t look Kershaw in the face if he hadn’t given a chance after that performance to now show what he can do . Wish I was as calm as Mash Is going into this game .
