Would make sense. Can't see us offering him a new deal & lives in Wakefield I think. Great character to have off the field, but his injuries and what not make him a frustrating player to have on it. He aint getting any younger either.

I hope not. Hopefully the new coach will be appointed before this can happen, cos I can't see a decent coach wanting a squad place and cap money taken up by an injury prone player whose best days are well behind him.

We already have some players whose fitness and age are questionnable, without adding anymore.

I bet Fozzard hasn't played more than 20 games in the last two years.

This makes me think that Kear is having a hand in player recruitment

I must admit the re-signing of Tony suprised me, but this would astound me. Would have been better keeping Gledhill and developing him

I hope he's not playing the home town club card after spending his better years with Huddersfield, Warrington, Saints, HKR, Saints and Cas. 13 years then he gets homesick.

He would use up all our medical budget on his bandages alone...for that reason i am out !
