To answer legend's point there are many skills to being a 6.
Right now none of the alternatives have them all. Max is probably closest but Powell is going for Pitts because he already plays the 13 passing role and is the best defender which is a key role for a 6 now.
We lose on running and kicking.
Pitts didn't have experience at 6 but he had experience taking first receiver and taking a lead role for the team.
If Pitts does play I'd like to see Hood and Max take a bit of pressure of Lino with the kick.

Was said a bit tongue in cheek ,and I did notice a forward at 6 . He was more mobile than Pitts ,and the Wires did have Pace and strength on BOTH sides of the Park ,that we did not have against Cas,. Am I right in thinking, if you lose pace in one part of the field , you have got to replace it some were else on the field ,or are we saying speed is not important
