A good choice and a strong leader. He's got leaders on the pitch in Jay Pitts and Liam Hood as well.

Think it was only ever going to be Pitts or Mike. Either would be fine but in reality both will have a leaders influence on the pitch, as will Max to some degree when organising the line.
