Poss International level. .
Suncorp not full for a double header, and the attendances at the RLWC were not all sell outs. I would suggest that all the RU internationals at all the home nations venues will be sold out as will all their World Cup games.

I seen a game on sky other week and ground they were playing at looked like Sedgley Park. Turned it off after 5 mins and don't remember seeing another game since.
Look at the grounds in championship 1 and some in the championship. I will admit though that watching RU has a nice soporific effect, which is why I never watch it, especially as they are now copying RL in most things, which they have always done.

Media big up union but its in no way any better shape IMO, down south you get bigger sponsors so thats how can afford bigger wages.
If the game cannot get the BEEB to promote the 4 nations the week before it starts and they are covering it, yet gives loads of time to an injured French RU player, then if that doesn't point out where the media managers of RL are struggling then nothing will. The game struggles to get column inches in a FREE paper.

Super league is on a par with their top league.
In what way? The league has a "sponsor", All the premier RU clubs have "blue chip" sponsors or similar and also have their competitions sponsored by massive organisations.
The SL results hardly get mentioned on the beeb yet they will tell you that a French team beat an Italian team in a game meaningless to most. The media, particularly print (now becoming obsolete) say they cannot give reports on Thursday night games due to print "deadlines" yet Thursday soccer, even if overseas gets reported!
The ONLY thing that SL has that is better than Union is the actual game. In every other facet RL is struggling and the clubs themselves can take a great deal of the blame for the current situation.
