For what it's worth, my Mock v1!
- St Louis - Sam Bradford QB - Wouldn't be my choice, but I bow down to those with greater knowledge than me!
- Detroit - Ndamukong Suh DT - The smart choice for me is Okung, but I can't see the Lions taking him now with the capture of Simms from Seattle
- Tampa Bay - Gerald McCoy DT - Possibly a better fit for the system than Suh anyway - however the choice is taken away from them
- Washington - Russell Okung OT Best prospect tackle in the draft to protect the newly aquired McNabb
- Kansas City - Eric Berry S - The best player in the draft for me, I love Berry and cannot let him drop any further, despite a low positional value - KC secondary, meet your new leader.
- Seattle - Bryan Bulaga OT - Never taking a QB after the Whitehurst trade, so Caroll takes the best available tackle
- Cleveland - Jimmy Clausen QB - What?!?! No way does Holgrem take Clausen after what he's said. I'm calling his bluff, Jake Delhomme is not the answer in Cleveland, Clausens the future (please don't let them get burnt with another ND QB!)
- Oakland - Bruce Campbell OT - Stupid pick, but it's Al Davis and Campbell had a great combine
- Buffalo - Dan Williams NT - Buffalo are moving to a 3-4. The most important person in a 3-4 defense IMHO is the NT. Buddy takes the best NT in the draft
- Jacksonville - Derrick Morgan DE - Kapaman (sp) has signed, but they still need help getting pressure - Morgan should do that. I imagine they'll be trying to trade down from this spot
- Denver - Ronaldo McClain LB - One of my favourite players in the draft and a great 3-4 ILB
- Miami - Jason Pierre-Paul DE/LB - I don't like this pick, but Parcells loves his 1st round LB's - Dez Bryant would be an option
- San Fran - Earl Thomas S - Too high I hear you scream. I'm not having it, I love this lad and so will Singletary
- Seattle - Dez Bryant WR - You invested a lot of money - admittedly cheap comparbly to others - in a QB who has proved nothing, may aswell give him a chance
- New York Giants - Sean Weatherspoon LB Another player I love and I think a great fit for the NYG D
- Tennessee - Joe Haden CB - He's dropped, and I have no good reason why other than I saw other teams with more pressing needs. Tennessee take BPA and it happens to fill a need
- San Fran - CJ Spiller RB - Change of pace to Gore, some might claim a luxury pick, but this guy is going to rip it up!
- Pittsburgh - Mike Iupati G - High for a Guard? Maybe, but Iupati has the skill set to play RT too
- Atlanta - Brandon Graham DE - I really like Graham and this simply fills a need for the Flacons
- Houston - Kyle Wilson CB - Matthews is a real possiablity, but CB is a more pressing need - Wilson is a straight replacement for
Robinson
- Cincinnati - Brian Price DT - Yet another player that I really like, and will help the Bengals front
- New England - Jared Oderick DE - Perfect 3-4 DE and I
can't see the Pats letting him drop past them
- Green Bay - Trent Williams OT - The pass protection improved after the Tampa game, but the value here is immense - if Williams lasts til this pick, I'll show my ar*e in Debenhams window!
- Philadelphia - Devin McCourty CB - Trading Brown away has left a need at CB and McCourty could, if needed start straight away
- Baltimore - Jermaine Gresham TE - Todd Heap won't be there forever, Gresham give Flacco more weapons - his off season will be like Christmas if this was to happen
- Arizona - Anthony Davis OT - Need + Value = no brainer
- Dallas - Nate Allen S - They could easily take Brown (the OT) but Jerry doen't take O-Line players in round 1, Allen's the 3rd S to go in the 1st round
- San Diego - Ryan Matthews RB - LT is gone, Sproles isn't an every down back, Matthews is, welcome back to SoCal Ryan (he's a Southern Calfornian native!)
- New York Jets - Sergio Kindle - A top defensive player is on the board and Rex Ryan is the head coach - Kindle's gone to NYC
- Minnesota - Maurice Pouncey C - Decent value and the Vikings know as much as anyone the improtance of dominant linemen
- Indianapolis - Jahvid Best RB - Do I expect this to happen? Probably not. Will it help the Colts? Yes, they will potent playmakers all over the offense. Best would excel with the dominance of Manning beside him. The more sensoble pick here would be Charles Brown of USC
- New Orleans - Carlos Dunlap DE - Nice fit for New Orleans and good value
