Just because the refs didn't see it doesn't make it ok. If a player takes another out off the ball in RL but nobody sees it, it's still cheating/dirty tactics.

Suarez was penalised earlier this season for attempting to score with his hand, had a goal disallowed against Wigan last season for putting it in with his hand and has done so again but this time got away with it. As I said in my earlier post........a*se.

I see Fellaini apologised to the Cheltenham defender for being used as a ladder.

But that Fellaini is horrible. Should take after JFS7.

Pretty sure they are a league above the team LFC scraped past with a dubious second goal?

How coincidental, especially after the fallout from the Suarez incident. I wonder if he would have done the same against Premier League opposition in a league game.

So he thought "I know, I'll apologise so it makes Suarez look bad"

Personally I think he had nowt to apolgise for. Clear a penalty as you're likely to see.

The way football is and footballers are these days, it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest. :)

Never seen it so couldn't comment, but from what I've heard around and about, it was a pretty poor decision from the referee.

Moyes also publicly criticised Marouane Fellaini, who is as important to Everton as Suarez is to Liverpool, for his antics at Stoke. Players make mistakes, they do things wrong all the time. It's how you deal with the issues that shows what kind of person you are. Suarez wouldn't have anything like the heat on him if he, and the club, came out and owned up to it occasionally.

I'm not totally convinced that Everton weren't just engaging in damage limitation with that. He was bang to rights over the butt but there were other incidents he could have been done for as well. Everton accepting him being in the wrong over the butt probably contributed to the other incidents being swept under the carpet.

Surely no manager, no player, no club, no fans would try and defend those sort of actions.....would they??? :ASK:
