Same here. I'm usually cautious with newcomers, and thought that if I backed it then the favourite would've won by about six lengths.

Sorry El Pac, I hadn't been able to get on after I gave the initial selections, it was info however and a nice payout also had e/w double.

I checked its price on oddschecker about 7.45 and it was 7/4 which I admit put me off a little ... should have paid more attention as it opened on course around the 5/2 mark before being returned at 3/1.

Wonder which media outlet, either late this week's papers or racing channels, will be the first one to say that 'if Twice Over can win the Eclipse for Henry Cecil, there won't be a dry eye in the house' or 'if Twice Over can win the Eclipse for Henry Cecil, the crowd will bring the house down'.

Every time Cecil has a fancied runner in a group race, it is inevitable.

didnt stay the trip last time, so drop in distance should help, hopefully get to bowl along in front and stay there
