Renault suspended from next GP. An over-zealous response after what happened to Massa over the weekend? Having said that if you can't rely on the crew to put a wheel on properly then maybe the sanctions should be quite steep.

By the same logic, are brawn to be banned? using a part knowing it might fall off? (maybe if they had the chance to test it first it would be safer)
