Cut and dry IMO. 3 game ban (+1). Lescott should be picking up a nice ban as well, goodness only knows how the FA have let that one slide.

It's because they don't play for Liverpool. If they did they'd have been banned probably for the rest of the season and then forced to participate in recruitment sessions for child labour in Boston.
