after all we ALL want a fair and impartial judgement dont we!!

the FA are not going to charge that twaaat even though he has admitted to an offence of using foul and abusive language. dont you think he should be charged and banned in the name of fairness??

someone has answered that further back in the thread - you see players 'eff and jeff' at each other every week, and often the ref, a bit of industrial language is a bit different in most right minded persons view than racism, but not everyones apparently

Though I guess the FA are specialists when it comes down to Uruguayan and French cultural differences.

I watched 'banged up abroad' last night whilst it was about a scotsman who was working in Saudi, he realised there was money to be made from brewing alcohol. When he got caught for making alcohol he was beaten up, suspended from a tree by handcuffs for days, and and jailed for 4 years without any legal representation he was facing being whipped with barbed wire too.

If he brewed Alcohol in the UK would he face the same outcome ?unless he was a scouser who'd been fitted up by SAF / the FA / South Yorkshire Police?

In Latin America, I imagine 'sudaca' is much more offensive than 'negrito'. Then again, why would we judge it on those terms when they argued in Spanish? We should judge it by our standards and consider nothing.

Free him from this hefty, unjust ban.

We can move onto the next point, whatever that may be, when you've shown me the evidence that Patrice Evra is a renoun [sic] tale-teller.
