There's no need to come out. I think Ricketts is within his rights to head back to the keeper towards goal from 30 yards out, without fear of him already being halfway down the pitch

The keeper must have shouted but clearly not loud enough.

The circumstances were just a bit different don't you think? You are such a know it all.

The thing with the spurs game is that a few of the goals were stunning. I saw the goals on youtube and I watched in complete disbelief the defending on a few of them. The keeper shouldnt blame himself too much.
