Just got back in from a night out. Why have we taken another tight end, FFS?! Surely there must have been a decent linebacker, receiver, cornerback available there?!?!

In all serious the way New England and Green Bay have built their franchises and teams deserves tremendous credit. Having the best teams and still a boat of draft picks and trade options must take some doing.

The Giants build their team brilliantly as well. Think we have about 29 players on our current roster who we have drafted.

VERY happy with our 2nd round pick of Randall Cobb. Will be a very good option for A-Rod and more importantly will be the kick returner we desperately need.

Our 3rd round pick Alex Green, i'm not that happy about. I don't rate Green very much and I think it's abit high for him. Personally i'd have gone with Clint Boling (Guard) or Sam Acho (OLB). Hopefully we can get either in round 4.

He is in a good place to learn that's for sure but unless Tom Brady get's hurt again and misses games it will be at least 3 years before he starts (the length of TB's contract) and that's if he is good enough, obviously Brady isn't getting any younger but if he has another couple of good years there's no reason why he wont get another extension to his contract. He has said a few times that he wants to play as long as he can aslong as he is still productive and winning games and aslong as he does will be a Patriots player IMO.It wouldn't suprise me however if he finished his career with the 49ers aswell.

Either way I think we are in a good place QB wise right now and are getting younger and better every year, the future looks good, just need some pass rushers now Bill

The Golden boy may decline the next few years. Although not much sign of it so far.

I'm pigging livid about the Chargers 2nd day picks.

Gilchrist - the best of a bad bunch. Couldve got him in the 3rd.
Mouton - terrible pick worst of the draft noes crap, can't tackle, can pursue, no good in coverage. A joke. We took him inthe 2nd.
Brown - after Mouton this is like getting Suh in the 5th round, but unreality he has a limited ceiling. His an SDSU kid so he'll be welcomed.
Wright - possibility of a diamond in the rough but another massive reach.

We passed on Cobb, Wilson, Acho (is he still there?), Sheppherd, Moch and Countless OTs for this bunch.

On the other end if the scale I LOVE Detroits draft.
