Personally, I think its too early. To be honest, Vitali will be gone before Price is ready and Wladimir looks the more likely title shot for him.
Price needs a couple of European level opponents and a fantastic piece of management would be to take him to the US to fight a decent standard Yank, who he could wipe out, both improving his ranking and also raising his profile in a potentially big market.
I think in 12-18 months Price will be ready for the world title shot and if he continues at this level, then the world's his oyster, because he is truly looking very impressive....He's on a par with how Lennox Lewis looked at this point in his career.
