There have been loads of quality goals. Trevor Sinclair scored a peach for West Ham IIRC similar to the Di Canio one.

From a Wigan POV the best I've seen us score off the top of my head in the PL (in no particular order)

Amr Zaki v Liverpool - 2008/09
Henri Camara v Sunderland - 2005/06
Maynor Figueroa v Stoke - 2009/10
Charles N'Zogbia v West Ham - 2010/11
David Cotterill v West Ham - 2006/07
Charles N'Zogbia v Arsenal - 2009/10

Yeboah's against Wimbledon was probably better than the Liverpool one. Think they both got voted 1st and 2nd in goal of the season on MOTD that year. Di Canio's should probably have won it though

Sinclair's overhead kick wasn't in the prem it was in division 2 when he played for QPR I think!

I don't think it was an overhead kick it went across goal like the Di Canio one IIRC. Just had a quick scan on youtube and can't find it. Did find this though

I remember Scholes scoring one a few years back against Villa, first time volley off the underside of the bar. All technique. Class.

Think that's a different one he's on about mate, sure the overhead kick was in the cup but I'm probably wrong.

EDIT: it was in F.A cup against Barnsley.

Sinclair's was in the 97 FA cup IIRC for QPR.

I thought his one against Arsenal for Everton was better. How a shinny can be the best goal in twenty years is beyond me. My choices from the list; Henry, Le Tissier (v Rovers), Bergkamp.
