We could’ve done without that but as ever, they’ll put the next player in and leave the grumbling about injuries to other clubs. It’s looking like a great opportunity for Harvie Hill to make a name for himself in the coming weeks and I’m looking forward to watching him.
As for longer term, a move to Salford is a good one for Singleton. He’s always looked like he’s a player in his mid 30’s, even when he was mid 20’s but he’s looked extremely sluggish at times this season and I think the club will be happy for him to secure a deal elsewhere and move on.
