I have just watched a rerun of Saturdays game and aftermath and noticed one thing. After the game Peet had an interview with the hosts and they said was he suffering from shock. Because he was quiet and not really showing any emotion of joy after wining the Cup. If you notice on sky games he shows very little in emotion, when they win or lose. When wane was the manager and Lam they both showed lots of emotion when they bombed certain tries and lost games they should have won. And the commentators seemed to thrive off the facial expressions of the Managers! I am glad with Peet that he is a man of very little emotion and the people who work for the tv companies cannot show any interest by showing his face

On the subject of Mr Peet....

I really enjoy his previews and reviews on Wigan TV, and he really does come across as a thoroughly decent bloke.

The story of 2022 so far ought to be the emergence of a young British coach onto the big stage, and how he's already pulled his hometown team out of the freefall they seemed to be in last season.

But of course no one at Sky Sports has picked up on this yet.
