Due to unforeseen circumstances I have two return tickets for sale.

Departing Wigan North Western Tuesday 27th November at 14:10 (arrives London 16:11)
Return London Euston Thursday 29th November at 12:30 (arrives Wigan 14:25)

£40 for the pair of return tickets.

those smeggin Yawnion tw*ts have deliberately scheduled high profile games next November to coincide with WC cup games!

WTF are the RFL doing that they get away with this time after time !

You mean the annual Autumn series that they've also played this year?

Yes. My point (albeit originally not well put) is that given the importance of our WC next year, that if it's a complete disaster again it could well be the last ever north of the equator. Surely even the dimmest bulb in Red Hall could see that high profile England RU games on the same dates as England WC games would be a problem:

Saturday, November 2, UNION Eng/Aus WC: Eng/Irl, Aus/Fiji
Saturday, November 9, UNION Eng/Arg WC: Eng/Fiji, Aus/Irl
Saturday, November 16, UNION Eng/NZ WC: Quarter Finals !

All the media attention will be on Twickers, & any meager hope of being able to properly promote the game to a wider public will be relegated to Sky Sports 19 (or wherever).

You may have seen this advertised in the WEP or on advertising boards around town, but if not then cancer research are trying to raise funds by asking people to give up alcohol in January. As cancer is an issue quite close to my heart I've opted to take part and am asking if the kind people of RLFANS would donate the price of a pint to the cause (DW prices of course ) You can donate to my Just Giving page here donate by text by texting CONN90 £1 to 70070 or register to take part yourself here EDIT - If you donate by text then the amount is debited from your next phone bill.
