Just wondering what gives with the new scarves? Thought the Brigantes name was adopted in order to distance the movement from perceived 'Ultras' hooligan connotations.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of all the group has accomplished. Just wondering about the reasoning behind it. That's if it is actually part of the Brigantes group or maybe a new faction claiming 'Ultras' for themselves.

I spoke to a few brigante members who don't like the new ultra scarf it's is in the colors of Bradford not Wigan I don't get it ??

It just looked like a bunch of attention seekers with daft bradford scarves.

Gave the Hudds fans something to smile about at least.

Ultras(awful name) briganestts or what ever it is please sto making games about you. Wigan games are about the team we are all fans together not just a few who have a name. Again we are all fans of Wigan so if your going to make a scarf why is it not cherry and white? Why do you feel the need to seperate yourself from all Wigan fans by giving yourself a name amongst wingan fans shall we not just call ourselves Wigan supporters and nothing else

We incorporated Wigan's home and away colours into the scarves, cherry and white for the home strip and black and gold for the away. We appreciate that not everyone will want to purchase one of these scarves, taking this into consideration we also produced a cherry and white scarf, which sadly has sold out in three days. Due to how popular this scarf has been we are going to order more, in order to meet the demand.

We are all wigan fans, let's stop the bickering and get behind the team. What a fantastic win tonight.

Yes a fantastic win but why does a group of supporters have to have a different name to everyone else?
