That may turn out to be the case.
Interestingly, when Lenagan talked about the coaching position the other night, he focused on the importance of both the Coach and Assistant Coach roles. He specifically mentioned the need for continuity, succession planning and the desire to build a system similar to the Liverpool 'boot room' or, as he also outlined, Bradford Bulls ala Smith-Elliot-Noble-McNamara.
