'Do you remember when we had that meeting in Orlando? We talked about how we were knocked out the previous year by Leeds. And at the end, I asked you one question. "Do you want to be a semi-final team? Or do you want to do something special?" You all said you wanted to win. But talking is easy – it needed you to believe. It needed you to work hard – harder than you had – and make sacrifices. You did all that. you worked for each other. You stuck together when it was tough. And because of your efforts, you sit here tonight as champions. I'm proud of you. Be proud of yourselves. You've done something special.' Shaun Wane's post-Grand Final speech. 5th October 2013.

and a couple of other young lads. From that team I like the stability we are keeping, Hock back in the second row and playing with carmont and richards should make us still effective down that side.
I would be tempted to bring in one more prop, we are going to have quite a bit of cap space left with hoffman, deacon and coley all leaving. If we sign a second rower there is also the possibility of moving hock up to prop permanantly. I'm definately confident ahead of next year a major key to success is stability and we seem to have that at the moment.
Gotta think Amos Roberts will be leaving too, that gives us the cap space from Hoffman, Deacon, Coley and Roberts to invest in new contracts for the younger lads and look at signing a centre to allow Joel to go back into 2nd row and allow Hock to move to prop.

I believe he's now FULLY recovered from his 2nd knee operation, and has performed well in the U20's, scoring four tries in three games. I would certainly look to keep him if he starts running around like he did fourteen months ago.
