It would be a strange one if he left you lot for hull. It's not like hull are up and coming like say a Salford.

He's a good prop, I liked him first time I seen him and think he's improved at Wigan and certainly England standard. I don't like him as a person on the field but he's certainly good prop.

I have it on relatively good authority that Hull KR have spoken to Darrell Goulding and a deal is in the offing, however I think there is a year contract on offer at Wigan and interest from another "higher ranked" Super League club (Huddersfield) but a deal with us is likely to tempt him as it is 3 years. I guess we shall see how it pans out...

I hear you are right, he has agreed to go to Hull KR and its just the formalities to tie up. He is out of contract at the end of this season and has turned down Wigan's contract offers and he told the club he was leaving a few weeks ago. He has been offered way more from other clubs than he was on at Wigan. It was also in the League Express a few weeks ago about Hull KR offering a big contract and I heard that Salford made a big offer too but Hull KR trumped the lot. Similar situation to Hansen last season really, money or trophies. Cant blame players for leaving when they have already won everything and can earn way more elsewhere.

Anyone heard anything about Dudson? Heard he may be going at the end of this season too as he is unhappy with what the club have offered.

Dudson.

Taylor is not but the rumour is he will be away anyway if he can get a release and presumably Hull FC pay the money. If they dont he will supposedly be away the season after when his contract is up.

Dudson has improved slightly in recent weeks but I wouldn't be losing any sleep should he decide to move on.

Taylor is ten times the player.

I think it is simply a result of having to balance the salary cap. The cap is low and as a club you have to prioritise where to spend the money. It is inevitable that other clubs will be able to offer better salaries to solid players such as Goulding and Dudson if we are putting the money into upgrading players such as Williams and Hampshire.

I still wonder how Leeds have managed to retain so many stars.
