interesting that everyone is now assuming that Big Eric has gone. didnt Phil Wilkinson suggest that there was 1 more signing to come ? Will it be a replacement for Eric or Pat ?

Gelling, Thornley and Tierney could be used on the wing. Possibly Sarginson and Hampshire if things got really desperate. Wing should be the easiest position to cover throughout most of the season.

Probably. Without joking about us wanting announcements, we just seem to not bother sometimes at Wigan.

I would take every centre I have seen do far from the lesser light Pacific nations. It's a sign of how dominant the NRL is, that they are all signed with major NRL clubs.

Did you watch the game last night? I thought Gelling made a cracking effort when he got held up and was unlucky not to score

I did and agree he went ok. Not overly impressed though to be honest. Was hoping for a bit more after he went reasonably well against the Kiwi's.
