I don't see it as a massive problem.

Kooga have missed the mistake and shirt has been bagged.

The customer has decided they want a certain size they've seen on the rack and have been given a fresh one in sealed packaging. Unfortunately they've received they jersey that Kooga accidentally botched and missed.

Just needs an exchange and an apology, that's all.

its not just that though is it? Loads of mistakes have been made, it doesnt happen at Leeds or St Helens or Warrington so whats going on
