Does anyone know if Darrell Goulding is re-signing?
On Frosties' transfer thread on VT he's listed as OOC, as a Bulls fan I'd have him at Bradford in an instant, but are there any rumours about a new deal or new destination? I'm surprised he hasn't been signed up already.
Ta.

Some scientists claim that hydrogen, because it is so plentiful, is the basic building block of the universe. I dispute that. I say there is more stupidity than hydrogen, and that is the basic building block of the universe.

Out of contract. I'd be suprised if he didn't sign up for a new deal though unless his heart problem is too big an issue. There aren't many good centres around and we don't really have anyone pushing for his spot.

Cheers.
I wasn't aware he had a heart issue (so I've edited my somewhat unfortunate turn of phrase). Either way, he does seem a glaring addition to the OOC list.
I worry about our backs sometimes, but that's not good enough for a 'top team'. Not doubting Burgess and Manfredi's talents, but there's no experience there and it's a big ask to be thrown into the team. Gelling should be nowhere near the first team either.

and how many times have you seen Gelling play centre? Or Burgess and Manfredi play anywhere?
I've been told Bowen is a done deal now. Minichello verbally agreed with Wigan to sign but obviously backed out when it came down to pen and paper, wanting to stay in the Sydney lifestyle. So that's Bowen, Sarginson, Hopkins and Pettybourne for next year. All very decent signings. What do people think we need now, a class centre?

Not seen Sarginson confirmed anywhere. I think Gelling will come good at centre, there's always the chance of Thornley pulling his socks up too.....
