And although I have not read every comment on the DD issue that above is a very pertinent comment.

If the club does want to keep ZH, the PR department has got its work cut out.

Was never in favour of the signing myself but once he started training with Wigan I didn't think there was much point going on about it and I even dared to think he might be good to watch next season. A bridge had been crossed, he was back in RL so may as well see what he can do. So somewhat ironically I am very disappointed he's potentially got himself sacked and has (depending on the clubs reaction) blown it.

Didn't want to sign him in the first place as this sort of thing was bound to happen sooner or later. Hock, as far as I can recall, only had problems off the field once and appears to have learned his lesson. Hock is still a loose cannon on the field but that is what makes him the player he is. Zak's off field misdemeanours are to numerous to mention.

Sarge to FB, Hankinson right centre, Gilly left centre and Morgan off the bench?

I’d try Manfredi at full back, granted it could go either way but if it worked he would be sensational

The flabbergasting thing is that I think most people saw something like this happening at some point but even the harshest critic of him must’ve thought he’d get through more then a months worth of training before it blew up!

If he can’t keep his head down at this point then he’s never going to be able to do it IMO. I’d love to know if he’s genuinely bothered deep down? He can say what he wants and people can say he needs help but does he think he needs help or is he actually enjoying the life he leads? I get the sense his only regrets are getting caught.

I reckon you're right. He did mention depression when he left us for Cas but this seemed to coincide with being alienated from his mates in Ponte, first by Leeds trying to curfew him then by his stint down under. It's pretty obvious where his interests lie and it's not with his RL career.

A common misconception. No one on any RL team has been denied a visa so far. It just takes longer. Toronto is a very good bet I'd say.

There is quite a difference between someone entering a country for a three-day working trip, and that place being your ordinary place of residence/work.

People like ZK have for me no self awareness and don't give a flying shoite about anyone but themselves.
Never wanted him anywhere near the club but don't take any "pleasure" in the news.
He will never change and best just let him get on and live in his world where he will probably end up in a gutter at some point.

Having said that I wouldn't be surprised if the club stand by him. He was going to rent Bateman's pad when Bateman goes over to Australia so they may think that if he resides in Wigan the club have a better chance of keeping an eye on him so to speak.
He has just bought and done up a house in Yorkshire so I cannot see how this would work because a driver ban wont stop a twonk like ZH believing that he can still drive and his partner wont move over the hill so he would just be a breath away from repeating the offence.

I don't feel sorry for the guy because he more than likely doesn't want help that some people have suggested that he needs because in his head he doesn't need help. Future statements from the club will be interesting.

History - even the brief history of Wigan RL - has proved that, with care and guidance, bad lads can be made into good lads. But you can't do anything with a fool.
