Some tougher decisions probably should've been made in the past couple of off seasons but you can understand why they kept players on who had brough unprecedented success. The tricky part is that it is now getting harder and harder to bring good players in. Saints will likely need to replace Hurrell, Paasi, Batchelor, Bell, Knowles, Mbye and a good few fringe players like Bennison, Davies, Sambou etc and while none of those bar Knowles are adding much, the quality of available talent here is pretty much none existent and it's hit and miss getting NRL players in (and in recent times Saints have missed more than they've hit).

Redvee have stopped any posts or replies at the moment, doesn't seem like the Wellens departure is as clear cut as thought.

It's a funny old place. I don't understand why they would stop all posts just because the coach may or may not be going. It feels like half the time, Saints fans don't like each other, let alone other clubs fans. 

I can understand the frustration of everyone at the moment, it's clear to everyone bar the board that something needs to be done and there was talk that he had stepped down from a previously excellent source. My feeling is the club have had a word in an attempt to calm it down although that's been denied. A number of the more active/negative posters have been seemingly banned too.

Signing Josh Papali'i is not going to help with that.
