Yes 10 junctions on the M25 and then the Dartford Toll there and back.

More the extra hour that it would be to wombledone
Re the re seeding at plough Lane, did sit with a colleague at last game who told me it was seed not turf laying we both thought time scale was interesting as a lot depends on weather for the even growth despite the use of lamps etc

The journey from Featherstone to Northfleet by car is actually a slightly shorter journey than to Plough Lane.
In my mind it is a better journey too, using the A1, however you do have to pay the Congestion Charge at the Dartford Crossing both ways.

Two Dartford Congestion Charge fees are two pints, even in Wetherspoons in Gravesend.

We shouldn't still be paying the Dartford Crossing Toll

In truth, we are no longer paying a toll.
The authorities were crafty and changed it to a Congestion Charge.
Same difference I agree, but they will argue different.

On the local ITV Meridian News, there was a feature about Sundays game featuring the Leyland brothers returning to their old school for a training session.
At last something in the local media. Nothing in the local paper!

One thing we can possibly all agree on is that Hughes has more money than sense.

I'm not worried about the millions of his cash he's flushed, more so the millions of central funding he's wasted with it.

Good PR and maybe it'll attract a few to the game(s) but I find it hard to fathom that this was ever part of the original 5 year = 5k fans plan.

It doesn't really matter if it's Hughes cash or central funding that is being wasted. The net result is the same, the club withers through bad management.
