Can we continue our excellent record at Magic? still currently the best record of any team - lets hope Wakey aren't the ones to spoil it - just another reason to dislike them.
Still a number of our key players missing, no jerry or yates.
Gaskell named in the squad - does Watson play him against his new side? Personally id say no - pryce and russell should continue to build on their partnership.
I think our issue will be in the forwards, I cant take to greenwood hoping we play english, wilson, lawrence and trout at prop.

He looks great going forward but weak in defence and poor at organising the defensive line. If Goulding is fit I would bring him back.

Wood on the wing instead of Senior. Greenwood instead of Wilson and Peteru on the bench would be what I would go with. Also tempted to put Gaskell on the bench for Cogger who I don’t think offers much.

I just think woody is wasted on the wing- he offers so much more than that for me. Fairly Solid in defence and excellent effort in that area.
Don’t know what it is about Greenwood but he’s just invisible to me on the pitch

I've not seen enough from Golding personally. If gaskell is fit I'd have him at FB. I agree on greenwood, all errors and penalties. Trout looks a good player. Bruno will replace Yates, just wish we had more weight in the pack

That was a truly awful performance from two poor sides. Not a good advert for the game at all. Slow pace and little skill.
Compare to the speed and intensity of the games on Saturday and the wigan wire game and just no comparison.
Poorest performance at magic by a hudds side too. Massively disappointed to lose our magic magic to a poor wakey side.

Don’t know why you’re a poor side given the money pumped into it for the last god knows how many years ! Think all sides are struggling after playing so many games in a short period the last few weeks and the following injuries . Be interesting to see what happens next season because I’ve seen some god awful performances from the so called top teams !!

Agree with Cocker ref poor performances think the all round standard has been poor for the last couple of seasons, but at least most teams tried to play some expansive rugby and this is the most disappointing from us as we seem to be under instruction not to move the ball and just keep turning it back inside. Fully aware we have had a lot of injuries- again - and Watson has sidelined some to work with the ones he feels will work best with him, but overall I've not been impressed with the style of rugby and today was a glaring example of how poor we are to watch most of the time - granted there has been the occasional more entertaining performance but few and far between. We have some talented attacking players but we see more of them driving the ball away from our own line and generally starved of the ball otherwise.
