Josh did not deserve a ban (or fine) in my book, but with the inconsistency of the panel and the way they seem to take referee reports as gospel, and don’t always refer to video in the first instance, I was worried. As for Cokey being flogged in his budgie smugglers, hopefully that video doesn’t get in front of the review panel either.
