Next step is to promote the Catalans game now, maybe consider the barby outside if the weathers ok buy fresh burgers etc (can be frozen if rains).
Put up big Marque(sp) outside of legends bar get players in their after they've done the presentations upstairs create a MM bar style atmosphere, a band maybe or disco in the marque.
Try and get the kids wanting to come back.

The Robin Hood have definately had BBQs and hav got a marquee. Beer gardens huge and the chefs a genius. Pubs a 10 minute walk through the flash from the stadium. Maybe the club/supporters would consider having it there? I know the landlord so I could talk to them if they consider it as an option.

IMO it needs to be at LSV.

The town needs to see that if you go to LSV when Leigh Centurions are playing you have a good time.

Bingo. Though there is a question mark on where to hold it...on the Harriers maybe or even on the rugby pitch between East and the car park?

Ask him to bring his barby and tent to the LSV. Better ask the LSV first though. Can't remember if it was this thread or another that someone said about the queues for the bars in the ground. Well I think it was because there weren,t as many staff as usual and it needs a steward just to say use all the three serving points at each bar. Thats why the queues were so long.

Marquee on the corner between north and west, on the paved area not the grass, keep the north gates open for toilets and bars, do an offer on beer, have plenty staff on, separate stall sell pop for the kids.

Is that a big enough space without intruding in to the road for the disabled parking spaces etc as I'm sure the LSV would look at scenarios like that?

I haven't measured it Matt but its quite a large area, it's the depth of both stands plus the footpaths behind/in front. Plus if the concourse is still open in the North we'd have an over spill area.
