To re-iterate the message on the Club website, the next Fans' Forum will take place on Wednesday 5th October, in the Banqueting Suite at LSV. Doors are open at 7 p.m. for a 7:30 p.m. start. Tickets (free) can be obtained from the LSV ticket office.

Trevor Barton will be able to give us the latest news on the Club, and members of the Professional Support Group will be outling their plans and progress on taking the Club forward.

There will, of course, be the usual question and answer session.

Looking forward to seeing you there on Wednesday.

If you are unable to attend for any reason and have access to a computer then as a test of the new Leighlife Rugby Internet station then they are trialling it for the first time as a 'live broadcast'.

Just join the Leighlife website and Pm Pete (admin) with your interest.

For those of you who can't make it to the Forum on Wednesday evening, if you are somewhere with internet access, you should be able to listen to proceedings, via the LeighLife website. (www.leighlife.com) The meeting starts at 7:30pm and LeighLife will be live from the start. Simply refresh any page on the LeighLife site at that time and an audio player will become visible. All you need to do is click the play button. This is very much a trial broadcast, so please bear with us, if we experience teething troubles. For more news on our links with LeighLife, please come down, (or listen in!) on Wednesday 5th October.

I presume there will be a facility on the night for people to make cash/cheque donations to the cause if they wish?

If there's someone 'shaking a bucket' at the forum i'm going to bring my copper jar and pour the lot in. We all have them lying about with a few quid in, i'd say there's about £25 I won't miss in mine.

Rather have the money than not. I'll even volunteer to do some counting. Could even take it to coin star and when it asks if we want to donate 7% to charity say 'yes' and donate it to LISA

LISA will glady except any donation Wednesday, I will be there.
LIsa will also be telling everyone of all the money weve made this year on the Poker and the coaches, Derick s forcast has a couple of week to run as yet);
Or you can post doanations to address on LISA website same as the one on the join up form. see my sig and click on the link. I hope to be able to set up the bank side of the paypal account too very soon.

Lisa will have given the club over 10000 so far and will have more then 15000 in their coffers when all the poker and coach money is presented Wednesday. Thats our first share sorted

As has been mentioned earlier, http://www.leighlife.com will be broadcasting the Fans Forum on their radio station tomorrow evening. For those who can't attend the meeting but want to ask a question, we now have a number for you to text your question to and Trevor has promised to try and answer them all. You can text your question any time from now until before the meeting ends although he can't promise to answer any late questions if the evening is running late. 07508 792 103 The meeting starts at 7:30pm and we will be live on the radio from the start, simply go to Leighlife, refresh any page on the LeighLife site at that time and a player will become visible when the broadcast starts, all you need to do is click the play button. This is a first for all of us so keep your fingers crossed, though tests have been done this afternoon and all seemed to go well.
