Out for 12-16 weeks with torn pec sustained vs PNG is the news in tomorrows press. Riley dean also out with dislocated elbow. Thank the lord we managed to keep hold of Dec Patton.

Should never of signed him..whoever thought this guy was our saviour should be booted out..injury prone...god help us. Saves a few quid on going Wembley...may start looking up Batley Dewsbury cos I got a feeling we.ll be at the wrong end of table

Well love, i was chatting about him today saying he's gotten through the internationals with no injurys so that's a good sign Wonder why it's taken so long to come out?

Ratchford suffered the same injury and was back relatively early - fingers crossed Widdop can do the same & be back before the start of March. Have faith.

I think the beauty of this board is the fact that you can log on anytime and get accurate, real time information on our players before anyone else. Sometimes the player doesn't even know himself.

It did worry me when I watched the PNG game but I'd forgotten all about it until I saw the Guardian article this morning. Whilst KF does use the phrase 'should' be fit for start of training after Christmas I'm prepared to take him at his word as, if the injury was serious, I think that news would have surfaced earlier.

The last few seasons we've started the season with players on the side lines. It would be really good this year if the reports from warm weather training were to show the whole squad in full training together.

...that's the real issue SHW.
If KF had released the details earlier...they'd be no scaremongering.
I blame only the club, not the tabloid and trade.
