£20 is a bit steep for temporary seating with no roof, but the £15 option involves viewing the game from the Netherlands.

Exactly that's my thought's but the standing holds a lot more than the seating so the best atmosphere maybe in the south, especially with the cheaper tickets. First and foremost you need to see the game so the North seating would be best.
