If all the players did their fair share of work on the field then maybe we would have something to sing about. It seems to me that only a handfull of players give %100 the rest dont seem interested. "CARVELL + HIGHAM
+ WESTWOOD" give them credit where its due, they may make a mistake here and there but where would the team be without them? The penalties are made by the top three players probably due to frustration and lack of support from the rest of the so called squad, come on lads give em a break[/b]

I disagree that it is lack of effort that is our problem.

From your post, you are saying that Riley, Hicks, Gleeson, Bridge, King, Briers, Monas, Morley, Anderson x 2, Blythe, Wood, Rah and Harrison aren't bothered. And I would say you are wrong and would argue that point with anyone.

Paid too much to care and to see him laughing his t#ts off at the end of the catalans match showed how much he did care.

That's a seperate issue.

As crap as he may be, I have never doubted his effort on the field. He works hard, I just don't want a hard working centre, I wanted a classy International class player.

You didnt see that though in which case its not true. You can be prosecuted for that you know...so watch wot your saying.

Either way it wasn't the smartest thing in the world to do.

I must say, I never knew you could be prosecuted for accusing someone of laughing. It's political correctness gone mad and if I am arrested and charged with such an offence, I shall appeal to the highest court in the land.
