Maybe, but it doesnt detract from the fact that his time is up. Maybe Warrington have wasted his best years, leaving him as a lone half back, but he is now no longer of a standard needed with regard to the re-building of Warrington RLFC. Like it or like it not, he doesnt perform more than he does and doesnt have the speed to exploit gaps when they open up. As i said previously, every players time comes, Scully, Faz etc, unfortunately, it is plain to see, Lee`s name should now be added to that list, at least with regards to remaining a WWRLFC player.

my opinion of having briers in the team is i think he weakens the team. certain players feel that they cannt play there game with him in it. I think monas and Bridge would benifit from not having him in the team it would let them play there game without having the 3rd degree from Briers if a play goes wrong

dont get me wrong some games he has looked world class and stood hand and shoulders above every one else but i feel his time at Warrington Wolves has come

Good Friday was a good chance, and they didn't cut it in my honest opinion.
