Personally I think we'd take over 20k this time.

Previously we have struggled to get 10k at Wilderspool, whereas for the first game at the HJ there were 13k+ Wire fans.

Teams have really boosted their junior supporters numbers, and I think this, coupled with the number of people who would come out of the woodwork would lead to a huge amount of fans attending.

I remember 1990 well - what a day - and I had a new Wire shell suit

I can remember stopping at the services on the way home and an old fella asked me by how much the yellow and blue team won by. I said they hadn't the red team won. He was genuinely surprised as he said the Wire lot seemed to having so much fun, chanting and laughing!

Oh to see Dessie face up to Iro again. He had to jump 2 ft to reach his face with his fist

Although i enjoyed 1990, i enjoyed the train in 1998 on the way home with all the Pies after they lost to Sheffield. We must have been so annoying in our yellow comedy wigs and we hate wigan wrote on foreheads

If we get there i will be traveling all the way from Spain to see the lads walk out and there finest hour in Primrose and Blue, Lets hope we can get there this once, 19 years is a long time so come on lads

Went to Wembley in 1974 for the win against Featherstone and again in 1975 when we lost to Widnes. Don't remember much about the second one as the Stella was very tasty at the Conservative club in Wembley before and after the match.
'74 was a brilliant weekend, obviuously.
