Just out of Interest who exactly is counted and isn't counted on the overseas QUOTA at Wigan , I can count 9 players whom wouldn't be eligible to play for GB I think you can take out Richards do think he should count personally ,Lulu,Hansen but i'm baffled about the other 6 sure the quota cap is 5
