Regardless of what went on here with his move to Wigan I would not ever wish an injury like that on anyone tbh, if it is that he is out for 12 months he may never face us again.

I still see Cooper as a Wire in a Wigan shirt.
At 35 in Oct, and a year long injury (if the story is correct), he has effectively been retired by Knowles.

I’m hoping with his celebrations with the fans at the end clenched fists and all plus no strapping this is false. We’re doing it tough as it is, this is the last thing we need.

So Mata’utia to loose and Minikin straight in to centre, then there is the question of the 2 players that Powell said may need scans. I suspected Ratchford for one of them since he didn’t take that last kick.
