Was about to post something similar myself. I think 1-5 should remain the same, maybe play V. Anderson at 6 and slot Grix into the back row. Think asking Mathers to play at 6 on his debut would be a big ask, use him from the bench as cover.
Clarke shouldn't be anywhere near 6 or 7 and should start at 9 with Higham interchanging.
