This is all hearsay. All that matters in professional sport is results. Since coming in, DP has taken us from third from top to third from bottom*. Those calling for his sacking/resignation might subside for now, but it’s clear his and KP’s management of the playing staff this season has been disgraceful.
Just to debate your post - maybe it was due time for the coaches way or the highway? Perhaps this turbulence was unavoidable?
Maybe if the coach had come into an elite squad of proven winners decorated with GF winners rings it would be a different approach. The players had years doing things "their way" (i.e) in the playoffs but ultimately not troubling the title).
Next season will reveal all.
