Monas leaving is sad, in that it represents another huge part of the successful CC teams dissapearing, but excellent players don't necessarily make excellent coaches and it's now time for him to move on and learn his trade. He, and we, will probably benefit from doing that in a new environment surrounded by different staff.
I assume he'll stay in England short-term, since he's marrying an English girl, but that doesn't mean he's going to smuggle all our inner secrets to Wigan or Saints and bring us down as an act of revenge for not making him chief washer-upper.
