Knowing our recruitment it's more likely to be the new asotasi or Mitchell dodds on near marquee wages, than anyone who would actually be better than what we could have picked up in superleague, for a lot less money.

Leeds are also heavily linked although they don’t have a quota spot and they are after Danny Levi (Hooker) & Tom Davies whom are their priorities.

Isn't Matt Prior very similar to Jason Clark? More of a tackler and utility forward than a carthorse with the ball?

Prior is a consistent prop, very dependable but steady. Don’t expect barnstorming runs or a great offload.

Its some of this i think... But in BMM I think it has alot to do with the players around and the feeling at the club. When Smith first came in the players we had and the atmosphere around the club was amazing.

So BMM 8 years ago, coming into the team with Morley, Monaghan, carvell, briers, peak westwood.... I think he would have been a very different player to the one we have seen... We would have got the Tonga BMM and not the salford one.

I'd take the Salford one atm
