According to the RL Mole on Twitter there’s a few NRL clubs whom have tabled offers for BMM after his impressive display against the Aussies. I think he's been utterly terrible for you on the whole. Unfit, lazy and uninterested. I assume it's for 2021 unless we are looking to offload him maybe for the Quota spot and cap space for Tetevano? Now he's fit i'd love him to stay with us next year and show what he can really do but you never know what's happening behind the scenes?

I'd be happy for BMM to stay. I know his family are happy here but Money does talk.

If BMM went then we'd lose the captain of our ladies team too.

Must admit, based on his performances at end of season I'd like him to stay

BMM reminds me a bit of Martin Gleeson in his later days with us. Obviously a very talented player who can put in big games but you get the feeling he enjoys performing when in the shop window more than wanting to stay with us for the long term.

BMM seemed unfit for the majority of the last 2 years. We know what he can do, just we hardly ever saw it. Optimistic me says this is what we will see all next season, more cautious me says likely to be another stuttering season.

No doubt his manager will be in his ear about returning to NRL, especially if said manager is willing to spill this to the media within a few days of a high profile game. That said with Willie Mason giving BBM big raps on social media as well, it could be more to do with timing.

I remember at the end of the 2017 World Cup Ben was again impressive and there was murmurs at the time he might join an NRL club rather then sign for us. At 28, realistically his next contract could very well be his last one...
