I've just finished watching , after the cricket wash out, and me not having a dog in the fight in The Open. I've no issue with Saints as a club (bar McCarthy Scarsbrook), it's just their 5h1th0u53 fans that hack me off. That game has given me a Ready Brek glow. A well contested game, played in good spirit.

I thought Mulherne actually looked like a good forward

Special praise (for me, anyway) for Reynolds. An old fashioned back row forward, who looks like he reads the game, rather than charging up the pitch at the earliest opportunity. He reminded me of a late 80's Mile Gregory, even down to the bandage and tape

Comedy commentary moment of the match, was for Leigh's first try....."they've spotted Hurrell has burst out of the line"......no 5h1t Sherlock. He's not been onside since pulling on the "red vee"

We follow the club. The club outlives the players and the owners mere custodians. If we dont think the players, management, ownership are delivering for the club we are going to let them know.

Ah well. Loved watching Leigh win. Their problem is going to be hanging on to their best players.

Genuine question ... did you mean Reynolds (I think you probably did from the description)? He's a half back.
