Well he would wouldn't he. Is it a negotiating position, is he receiving lots of offers and can pick and choose, does he not really want to come and is deliberately pricing himself out?

Depends how much money we have left on the cap, we can pay him £250k per year if we want, as long as we stay within the cap, we had a lot of players leave and an extra £100k increase in cap level for 2020, so maybe we can fit him in?

We need to make sure we have the balance right between squad depth and first 17 as we know we don't yet have a steady supply of youth players coming through to take the step up in a crisis.

If we blow the rest of the budget on Tetvano (assuming we have the space), do we have enough bodies elsewhere?

I'm fairly confident in the numbers we have in positions 1 - 7. I have question marks over the quality of the centre options but we have enough cover there.

Back row / loose concerns me a bit, do we have enough bodies there, ideally we have someone else ready to step up?

We are desperate for the prop signing so I'd be tempted to go for it if we could fit him in. I still think we are a quality 13, and at least one centre short of competing with Saints.

Well I don’t think it’s any of that, when I read about him initially it was said super league clubs interested but also in the NRL. It’s why I said he wouldn’t come over, but if there is NRL interest in him ofc he can get more money there unless he can get marquee money here.
