Can Carvell be cited for an offence that he has already been punished for ??

The drop with the forearm for which he was sin binned was by far the worst offence of the 2.

oh yeah, most of the offences on the rfl disciplinary are from reviews after the game.

Poor decision, no penalty. Horne was holding his forehead at one point immediately after the tackle.
