Well not only are we winning well, but we're winning with no mistakes and very few sloppy penalties, something we've been gilty of for years. Barring a few brain farts, our defence is no longer suspect either.

It's this that leads me to beleive that plays off will acheived and with the inconsistency of all the other clubs above us, a guaranteed week 2 appearance can be reached aswell

Got to be worth an optimistic few quid.

I was thinking that based purely on the second half of the season we would be a comfortable 4th which would lift us to 6th for the season.

I'd like to see it happen anyway

sort of but not quite. Wiganers do this because of an absence of anything else to cling onto at the present time. At my present time although like my rugby and my team I have other more important things that drain my time and money. :lol:

After the rough start we'vew had (understatement I know! :shock: ) I'd be happy with a top 8 spot & a strong run in the play offs. I have a feeling that if we do get into the top 8, we could do some damage - TS seems to be introducing some effective tactics, specifically tailored for the teams we're playing. And you know the old saying "on any given day..."etc
