How can you possibly say whether riley or penny will ever be enough. They have both got the raw ingredients, i don't think they are that far away.
but if you can see into the future...................
Depends on how good your binoculars are
Everyone has the raw ingredients ,but not everyone will make the grade ,Penny would be a world champion back slapper / cheerleader but he hasn't got a clue when it come to rugby he hasn't got an instinct for it which imo is something you need to be a top player and be able to play in SL and he hasn't got it imo.
Riley may make the grade eventually but imo he is not ready yet he needs to work on his upper body strength and his positioning and if he improves on both counts he may make it ,Penny is a lost cause ,I wish he wasn't seeing as he is a local lad but unfortunately things for him do not look good, but that's just my opinion and I am not in charge Lowes was of the same opinion he said so at the last forum he was a long way off and didn't expect him to feature this season ,Tony Smith has come in and unless we are desperate he won't play him either so surely that means the writing is on the wall for him !
